We ended up going last week. It was a very nice visit. I am an admirer of Glassworks and have followed art by Chihuly and Murano glass near Venice Italy. This is even better in my opinion. We just showed up. One might find it just okay if you are not an artist or art enthusiast. I think there is something for everyone to see here. A very nice museum type display area adjacent and extra care was taken to wrap my pieces that I took home with me. I would definitely return when visiting in the area. I was happy to check this off of my list of things to do while visiting family in the area.

Yes wheelchair accessible. Address is Garstang Road, Fleetwood Road, Singleton, Poulton-le-Fylde FY6 8NE. Really easy to find. They have some beautiful pieces of glass to purchase. We chose a half day course, with the specific intention of making our own memorial piece to incorporate our parents ashes. We made a pair of candlesticks, 2 candle holders and a vase. Really pleased with our items. Exceptionally helpful people. If you don't want to blow your own memorial pieces they'll take your loved ones ashes and add them to a piece of your choosing. They produce a beautiful little (3" tall) robin red breast which is just lovely.
