The street is lined with shops and restaurant. Very busy section of Newport. The parking is difficult as the area is crowded. It all felt a bit touristy to me.Full review by 922dlp

I don' think so... if you avoid the holiday weekend, it should be fine. We went one year at Halloween and it was great.
