hello. I understand that during warship week 1941/42 you adopted the submarine P222 which was soon to be lost in action. I further understand that you then adopted a submarine called the Tetrarch which was also lost in action. There is no record of this submarine in admiralty files up for adoption. Can you tell me how this second submarine came about and did you ACTUALLY adopt it? Many thanks. Godfrey Dykes. Suffolk.
