Two women were killed and another was critically wounded in an alleyway shooting Tuesday morning in the South Shore neighborhood.

CHICAGO - A Chicago man was arrested and charged in connection with a shooting on Interstate 55 last year. Steve Turner, 30, was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a firearm related to the shooting, Illinois State Police said.

Chicago police said the man was sitting inside a car in the 1400 block of W. 90th St when another vehicle approached.
