Manchester City have agreed a new deal with centre-back Rúben Dias, sources have told ESPN. Dias was under contract at the Etihad Stadium until 2027. The club have moved quickly to tie down the Portugal defender with a new long-term deal.

According to David Ornstein, Ruben Dias has agreed in principle to a contract extension at the Mancunian club. Dias' current contract is set to expire in June 2027, but his new deal will keep the Portuguese defender at the club long-term.
