Suzanna Makkos has been tapped as ABC Entertainment and Hulu Originals' head of comedy. Makkos, who previously served as HBO Max and Adult Swim's head of original comedy and animation, will spearhead original comedy series across both ABC and Hulu,

Suzanna Makkos is leaving as head of Comedy & Animation at Max & Adult Swim to join Disney as head of comedy for ABC Entertainment & Hulu Originals.

The former Max and Fox executive will oversee scripted shows, animation and stand-up specials for the Disney outlets.
