A Thousand Oaks woman pleaded guilty July 29 in connection with the theft of supposed rental deposits for a Simi Valley home where she once stayed.

An arrest warrant was issued Nov. 20 for Jenifer Singh, 48, the same day the Ventura County District Attorney's Office filed two felony counts of grand theft against her.
