A man was shot in the leg outside a bar on Northeast Sandy Boulevard in Portland early Sunday, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

A head-on collision on Southeast Division Street resulted in one fatality and another person hospitalized. The Major Crash Team is investigating, and the area remains closed.

Interstate 5 is shut down in both directions between Alberta Street and Failing Street, the Portland Police Bureau reported.

Authorities are offering up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest of a man on a black electric bike.

Portland police said they responded to the head-on collision just before 5 p.m. near Southeast Division Street and Southeast 119th Avenue.
