A drone strike in Russia's southern Krasnodar region prompted evacuations after it sparked a fire. Meanwhile, three people were killed in a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih.

Russian reports say Ukrainian drones have struck a Russian arms depot deep inside the country, triggering explosions and the closure of a major highway.

French President, Emmanuel Macron, received US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, in Paris, with whom he discussed the assistance provided by the two countries to Ukraine. Macron and Blinken also reiterated the unwavering and long-term support that they intend to continue to provide to Ukraine and its people.

The Moscow Times reported that since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, more than 250 armoured vehicles have been removed from the Russian military equipment base at Dachnoye near Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
