A federal judge in New Hampshire barred the Education Department from pulling federal funds from schools that don’t eliminate DEI programs.

The rulings on Thursday dealt three separate blows to the Education Department’s plans to enforce sweeping bans on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in the nation’s K-12 schools.

Judges in two states blocked the Education Department’s “Dear Colleague” letter, which sought to end consideration of race in virtually all aspects of campus life.
