Comedy star Larry David is partnering with a former president for his next project. The Independent reports that David, known as the creator and star of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and co-creator of the sitcom “Seinfeld,” is working with Barack and Michelle Obama on a new sketch comedy series for HBO.

The pairing of Larry David and Barack Obama is the first project that David has worked on since Curb Your Enthusiasm ended its run last year.

Larry David is returning to TV with a new six-episode sketch comedy about American history produced by the Obamas’ Higher Ground.
