The Covington Police Department announced recently that Kevin Collins has been promoted from lieutenant to deputy chief.

Kevin Collins Jr., 21, of Bridgeton, has been missing for two weeks after running from a hospital during a mental health emergency, his family said.

Kevin Collins Jr., 21, of Bridgeton, was wearing a hospital gown when he left Inspira Medical Center on Route 45 in Mannington around 4 p.m. on Thursday, according to New Jersey State Police.
