Felton's Robin Agar-Celli ships every hat herself, paying out of her own pocket. But it's the thousands of worldwide volunteers who fuel her dream.

One student even went on to high school and started a nonprofit where she and her friends also knit hats for cancer patients. The students ended the visit by singing some classic Christmas carols.
