Devils general manager Tom Fitzgerald threw cold water on recent trade rumors around Canucks star J.T. Miller.

The rumors originated from Canucks insider Rick Dhaliwal, who reported on the "Donnie and Dhali" show that the Devils were among the teams expressing interest in Miller. On top of linking the Devils to Miller in a potential deadline trade, Dhaliwal also noted that the New York Rangers remain heavily interested in the Canucks center.
