Sections of northwestern Ontario will see another tornado risk surface in Thursday after storms prompted warnings earlier in the week

After a soggy, chaotic few days in Manitoba, more severe thunderstorms could be on the way to parts of the province on Thursday.

A tornado warning has been issued for parts of southeastern Manitoba on Monday, in what Canada’s weather agency described as “a dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation.”
