A 26-year-old skier died after suffering a head injury at Palisades Tahoe over the weekend, the resort said. The skier’s injury happened around 3:45 p.m. on Saturday on terrain accessed from the KT-22 chairlift. Palisades Tahoe’s ski patrol responded with medical attention, but she died from their injuries, the resort said.
