The man police said shot and killed one Minnesota lawmaker and wounded another was captured after a nearly two-day-long manhunt. Vance Boelter was arrested Sunday, charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder, The Associated Press reported.

Hortman, a Democrat, and her husband were shot at their home in Brooklyn Park, a city north of Minneapolis, on Saturday morning by a man dressed as a police officer, authorities said.
