MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The man charged with killing one Minnesota lawmaker and wounding another in what prosecutors have described as a meticulously planned attack, had dozens of apparent targets, including officials in at least three other states.

Joyce Beatty, a Columbus Democrat, and Rep. Greg Landsman, a Cincinnati Democrat, both said in June 16 statements that law enforcement said their names were on materials found belonging to the Minnesota shooting suspect.

Officials say Vance Luther Boelter 'stalked his victims like prey,' Boelter faces multiple state and federal charges.

Boelter allegedly had firearms and a list of 45 elected officials in notebooks in his car, law enforcement said.
