Texas closed out its regular season with a 9-1 win over Oklahoma at L. Dale Mitchell Park on Saturday. With the victory, Texas claimed a conquest in its first-ever SEC series in the Red River Rivalry. Texas opened this week's series with Thursday's 7-4 victory, but Oklahoma responded a day later with an 8-6 win.

After falling behind by four runs, Texas stormed back to take the lead. During the fifth inning, Texas used an RBI single from Ethan Mendoza, Rylan Galvan's two-run double and Jalin Flores' RBI triple to chase Oklahoma starter Cade Crossland with two outs in the frame.
