Harvard Law Journal slapped Daniel Wasserman with a formal reprimand for leaking documents that sparked the federal discrimination probe.

President Donald Trump has signed a proclamation to suspend international visas for new students at Harvard University, the White House announced Wednesday, in a dramatic escalation of its efforts to block foreign nationals from enrolling at the elite university.

Briefly, the Trump DOJ “appeared eager,” as the Times put it, to escalate its bogus civil investigation of the Harvard Law Review for allegedly discriminating against white men into a criminal probe with allegations of obstruction of justice.

The push comes as the White House regroups after a federal judge blocked its move to bar Harvard from enrolling international students.

College and university leaders have been privately negotiating with a deputy to top Trump aide Stephen Miller in hopes of avoiding the same aggressive targeting of Harvard University, a person familiar with the matter said,
