Anthony Edwards struggled in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals, and that led to Minnesota coach Chris Finch taking him to task for his lack of energy, especially in the first half of its 11-point loss to Golden State.

The Minnesota Timberwolves will tip-off with Game 1 of the Conference Semi-Finals on Tuesday. After defeating the Los Angeles Lakers in five games, Minnesota reaches the second round of the playoffs for the second consecutive season.

Edwards and the Wolves went only 1-3 against Golden State this season, although the playoffs are a totally different beast. Last season, Minnesota marched all the way to the Western Conference Finals before losing to the Dallas Mavericks, and the Warriors lost in the play-in tournament, missing the playoffs entirely.
