Law enforcement has arrested a New Jersey man in Mexico after he was a fugitive for six years, officials said on Wednesday. Brian J. Rivers Jr., 42, of Gloucester Township, was apprehended last Tuesday by U.S. Marshals in Puebla, Mexico, the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
