A furniture and appliance store is closing all of its locations across the United States, including four in Colorado. Closing sales began last week.

NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. — The closure of 328 American Freight stores is underway, including the one location in Western New York. The American Freight location at 778 Niagara Falls Boulevard in North Tonawanda has started the closing process.

Hilco Consumer-Retail, the parent company of American Freight, announced recently that it would close all 328 stores in the United States. The company has begun sales at all locations.

The Tacoma location of American Freight will close along with the other 327 stores in the United States. The parent company of the nationwide appliance and furniture store, Franchise Group, began Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in federal court in Delaware.
