Capital One Arena policy does not allow for attendees to bring belongings inside for the inauguration celebration.

Per Capital One's website ... At 10:48 a.m. the GOP posted on X, that bags would be prohibited in the arena today. This came after many had already ditched their bags outside the venue.

While Trump's swearing-in and inaugural address took place at the U.S. Capitol, supporters gathered at the Capital One Arena in downtown Washington D.C., not far from the National Mall.
