Throughout his sixth season in the NFL, Joe Burrow has posted two touchdowns and 189 yards with a 56.3 completion percentage before suffering the injury with the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals will play their first game without Burrow in Week 3, set to face the Minnesota Vikings.

Burrow sustained the injury during the team's Week 2 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. After being sacked by Arik Armstead in the second quarter, Burrow remained down on the turf and appeared to be grabbing near his ankle. He was treated on the field and taken to the sideline medical tent.
