A small plane crashed near the top end of Southern California's Pomona Dragstrip Sunday shortly after 11 a.m. local time, halting eliminations at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals. Two pairs of Top Fuel dragsters had completed their passes before the plane went down. The Pomona Dragstrip is adjacent to L.A. County Brackett Field airport.
