TREASURE ISLAND — City commissioners cleared the final legal hurdle allowing the purchase of Isle of Palms Park, with 70% of funding coming from a Florida Communities Trust grant.

A trough over the far northern Coral Sea extends across Torres Strait to the Arafura Sea. A ridge will persist over North Queensland to the south of the trough.
