A British man who had planned an attack on an air force base in northern England with a homemade bomb using explosives taken from fireworks was on Friday jailed for nearly 40 years.

Now their leader, Colonel Paul Tibbets, addresses them, alongside a ballistics expert. The men are told they will be dropping a bomb with an explosive force of 20,000 tonnes of TNT on a Japanese city.
