Rock Hill's MyRide bus program has struggled with repairs for its electric fleet after the demise of Proterra bus maker.

Russell Laffitte and Alex Murdaugh stole money from Murdaugh’s former clients, draining their accounts of more than $3.5 million, using Laffitte’s bank to launder the funds.
