Five parishes pushing back on payments to the Buffalo diocese will not have to hand over the money until at least next month.

A judge overseeing the lawsuit filed by five parishes against the Buffalo Catholic Diocese over abuse settlement payments has issued an order preventing payment until a hearing next month.
