Ryan Mitchell Kramer, 25, agreed to plead to two felony charges, one for obtaining information from an unlawfully accessed computer and another for threatening to damage a protected computer, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California announced Thursday. The Santa Clarita resident faces up to 10 years in federal prison.
