Shares of Fubotv Inc (NYSE:FUBO) fell 3.8% after Bloomberg reported that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) is investigating Walt Disney Company’s (NYSE:DIS) acquisition of a controlling stake in the streaming company.

According to Wall Street analysts, FuboTV is expected to report a negative EPS of $0.1 for Q1. The reported EPS for the same quarter last year was $-0.19. Additionally, Fubo expects a potential decline in subscribers in Q1 after ending its agreement with TelevisaUnivision, a major Spanish-language content provider in the U.S.
