Cavaliers president of basketball operations Koby Altman has signed a contract extension through the 2029-30 season, a person with knowledge of the deal said Monday.

Cleveland has remained active during the 2025 offseason, acquiring Lonzo Ball in a trade with the Chicago Bulls and re-signing backup guard Sam Merrill.
