The Spokane County Sheriff's Office arrested 32-year-old Robert Utecht for five counts of assault, drive-by shooting and violation of a protection order.

Austin Drummond, 28, was captured in Jackson on Tuesday morning, one week after allegedly killing four family members and abandoning a baby.
