Authorities say two people have been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run crash at a weekend “No Kings” protest in Riverside, California, that left a 21-year-old demonstrator seriously injured.

A 31-year-old Pennsylvania man initially arrested on suspicion of illegally carrying a gun near a “No Kings” protest outside Philadelphia over the weekend was rearrested this week after investigators found a pipe bomb and several other explosive devices at his home,

Police found 13 explosive devices, including pipe bombs, inside the home of Kevin Krebs, who was arrested near a "No Kings" protest in West Chester.
