Jon Bernthal is stepping back in the role of Frank Castle, not only for Daredevil: Born Again , but a Marvel Special Presentation . Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Bernthal is also co-writing the project alongside director Reinaldo Marcus Green ( We Own This City ).

The Punisher will get his own Marvel Studios Special Presentation, and Jon Bernthal will star in it as well as co-write the script.

Following his return in the show, the actor will star in his own special presentation. Marvel Television has confirmed a Punisher special is in the works, with Bernthal not only starring, but also co-writing the special alongside Reinaldo Marcus Green.
