Interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS just made its closest pass of the sun — Here's where it’s going next
Stargazers using telescopes should be able to see the object in the predawn sky beginning Nov. 11, according to EarthSky.
The finding is significant because the internal composition of 3I/ATLAS could suggest that the planetary system from which it originates has a unique chemical makeup.
