Man accused of killing officer in North Carolina supermarket appears in court
GREENSBORO, N.C. — The man accused of killing a Greensboro police officer faced a judge for the first time Thursday. Tarell Isaac McMillian, 34, appeared via video monitor for his hearing. McMillian is charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 23 shooting death of Officer Michael Horan. He’s also charged with two counts of felony flee to allude.
