Lansing — Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer will deliver her seventh State of the State address on Feb. 26, weeks later into the year than the annual speech has been held in at least three decades.

This will be her first State of the State since Republicans won control of the Michigan House in last year’s elections.

LANSING, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - Michigan Gov. Gretchen is expected to deliver her seventh State of the State address on Feb. 26, about a month later than she has previously given the annual speech.
