The View's Sunny Hostin's husband Emmanuel has been named in a federal insurance lawsuit and accused of 'getting kickbacks' and fraudulently billing.

Dr. Emmanuel “Manny” Hostin, orthopedic surgeon and husband of The View co-host Sunny Hostin, has been accused of insurance fraud. The federal lawsuit, filed in New York, names Hostin and his practice among over 180 defendants.

Hostin and his practice, Hostin Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, were named in a major RICO case among nearly 200 other defendants.
