EAST WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) - A police investigation closed an intersection in East Windsor on Wednesday morning. According to police, the intersection of Routes 5 and 140, also called Newberry Road, was closed. They said traffic was being detoured to alternate routes. They asked drivers to avoid the area.
