If you know the dimensions, and that all studs are either 16 or 24 o/c, it is not that hard to figure out from there. It was how it was done before computers became the norm, and is still done on the fly.

You don't want sheet rock flat up the wall, then 3'' up your roof line, and then flat on the ceiling. Make it intersect, a lot cleaner looking and a lot less taping 15' in the air. good luck ! Normally I think of drywall as being done after all the framing, but it occurred to me that it might be easier to install the drywall on the walls and ceiling before adding the closet wall.

Put your upper plate up under the bottom of the truss, plumb from the lower plate. If your walls have a 16" OC spacing, measure each stud and install to the plates.
