May 25, 2021 · Hilly dorms are nice. The rooms are decently sized with high ceilings. Most are double suites, meaning four people (two in each room) share one bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet and shower, and each room has its own sink.

Hillenbrand opened in 1993 as a state-of-the-art structure in college housing. During the academic year, Hillenbrand is occupied by 800 men and women upperclassmen. The hall is known for its suite-style rooms and an active student community.

Aug 4, 2023 · The new residence hall will be an eight-story, 252,525-square-foot facility that includes 896 pod-style beds. At the same time, the existing dining area in Hillenbrand Residence Hall will be renovated and expanded from approximately 500 to 800 seats to accommodate the additional residents.

Jul 7, 2023 · Hillenbrand is one of the nicer dorms at Purdue, with suite bathrooms rather than floor bathrooms, and working AC. The only downside is that it is pretty far from academic campus which means long walks each day.
