Jan 22, 2025 · The issue is that Sony tied it to the previously existing PSN system which is held together with duct tape. When they first started everything was listed then the HD2 situation happened and led to all of this. The solution would be for Sony to make a new PSN account system specifically for PC but that doesn't seem to be in the cards at the moment.
