I bought 4 of the 8 ft long x 2 ft w x 1 ft deep. I've put 2 together. \r\nThe bad....\r\nFirst, I think I spent more time peeling the protective plastic film off than I did putting them together. Tedious, but once I found tye best way it went a little faster. I wonder why material more like wax paper or those very thin sheets of foam like stuff couldn't be used in between pieces then zip tie bundle, instead of this adhered film? There has to be a more user friendly answer. \r\nSecond, despite this protective film, once it was removed, the terrible paint job is revealed. It's unreal at how easily they get scratched up. I see a paint job in the near future. \r\nThe good....\r\nMetal is thick and sturdy enough in the 12 inch deep version. I can't imagine anything taller without quite a bit of crossbar support. \r\nThey are very attractive and easily assembled. \r\nOverall happy with them but had I paid full price I would have returned simply because of the poor paint quality.

Great for the price. I have a few beds from one of the larger name brands (rhymes with Lego), and these are similar quality. \n\nHere are the only differences I could see:\n1) no support bracing. My husband had to rig up our own support braces using some aluminum rods we already had on hand. They are absolutely necessary. Your beds will bow with the weight of the soil without them \n2) slight color variation (I purchased the dark grey)\n3) the black rubber guard for the top of the beds isn't the best quality, and pops up on the ends.\n4) the protective plastic these things come wrapped in is an absolute BEAST to remove. Much worse than other brands. Add an hour plus to your assembly time to account for that\n\nOverall, these minor inconveniences weren't worth paying almost triple the price with a competitor…so definitely worth it.

Versatile, beautiful product. Several configurations. No braces or crossbars needed. I configured my kit into a 5' x 5' bed. It's wonderful and I am satisfied. \r\nPROS: Great product. Sturdy without braces. Easy to assemble. Easy to move into place when empty. Nice color, NO SHARP EDGES!!!! Thoughtful design. Small packaging. Rubber edging for top. Peel-off plastic over painted portion for added protection. Quality hardware. \r\nCONS: Instructions were a bit vague...no clue on which side of the bolt to place the washer. They should have included a cheap allen wrench that fit the bolts--that would have made things much easier. It would also have been nice to know how much soil is necessary for each configuration. In its largest form (which I used) it takes 32 cubic feet of soil!

We love these beds. We put gravel on the soil since there is no bottom and filled half way up with fill dirt from a backyard project then the potting soil with other amendments (vermiculite and perlite) for good drainage. They take a while to assemble (lots of fasteners and patience required), but they look great and have a rubber gasket for the top edge to protect your hands. We planted them with all kinds of plants and they showcase our strip of ground between the street curb and sidewalk. Our neighbors like them too. Here's what they look like now. The plants are young and will fill out eventually. We are very pleased with these and give them a five- star rating. Price was excellent too. Under $ 100 each delivered.

I’m fairly satisfied with this product. I purchase 2 of the 2x8 brown wood look beds last year. And I purchased 2 more this year, and I still plan to purchase at least 3 more. The only thing about these beds are the borders for around the top. The ones from last year were thicker and covered more of the top and went over the connections well. However, they seemed loose and would fall off. This year it seems there was a modification. They’re tighter and stay on better, but they are not as thick and they do not fit over the connections. So there are still sharp edges to get hurt on. I believe if they could meet in the middle somewhere this product would get 5 stars from me

I absolutely love this bed! It’s perfect for what I needed, so I ended up ordering a second one. I’m a 30’s aged female with no labor and hardly any garden experience, and I was able to put this together by myself easily. Just needed my teenager to help me carry it to the backyard since I put it together in the garage on level ground, as I saw recommend on another review. Instructions were good, and the steps simple. I have 47 bags of compost, 3 large garden bed soil bags and 7 top soil bags per bed (with cardboard), and the sides are sturdy and did not lose shape. 10/10 recommend!

Very pleased with the planter box. We bought two different sizes. The 3' x 6' and the 2' x 8'. Both seem very sturdy and the supports in the center are a plus but the center supports do bend easy so don't use them asa way to lift the planter to move it. There were 96 nuts/bolts used to connect the panels which is did by hand. The full assembly process for one planter was 90 min by 55 yr old man. The panels were well protected with plastic but sharp so wear gloves. Make sure the ground is level underneath for best results. The green is lighter than it appears in my image.

Attractive raised beds, perfect size for me to use as an outer barrier around the unraised part if the garden. these beds serve as both growing area and a 'fence' to keep the ducks out. perfect! i nought 4 kits and was able to make one 12' long bed and three 6' long beds- just what i needed. In other words, these kits are designed to let you choose between several different dimensions. i like that these are 2'high and can be configured to be 2' wide. \nWhile its tedious to put them together, it is not hard. so far so good. time will tell how ell they hold up.

This is a good quality item for the price. Yes you do have to assemble it, but that is a good thing because you can configure it in different ways to fit your space. Also, you can disregard some of the negative comments about the plastic coating on the pieces being difficult to remove. It is a shrink-wrap coating to protect the parts in shipping and has no adhesive. It's a little tedious to remove but not difficult at all. Do watch for sharp edges on the panels though. I liked this item so well I ordered a second one and may order more.

I modified 2 8ft to one 15ft trough, it was challenging I had to ad wood cross members for stability and stappled hog wire to the lower cross members for rodents, then spray glued in a weed blocker liner for both the Bermuda grass and to hold in the dirt. The corner fit of the sheet metal was tricky, just don't tighten any of the screws until they are all in. Really like the finished product. Wish I could ad a picture.

I built them and filled them on my own, and if I can do it almost anybody can.\r\n\r\nIt was shipped safely to my house, it was not missing any parts and was pretty easy to assemble. The worst part for me was peeling the plastic coating off of the panels. That stuff is really stuck on.

Good value product for what I was looking for. I took a little extra time to put some finish on the exterior prior to putting together. Went together fairly easily, no part or hardware missing. Solid once assembled. Still too cold here to plant and too soon to comment on its longevity and how well it will weather the grow season, but first impression is very positive.

I love this. I bought one long one into little ones. They were pretty easy to set up very lightweight. I put cardboard underneath it then fill it up with logs in mulch in the bottom and then I put topsoil on the last 4 inches so I didn't have to buy as many bags and the logs will break down and become mulch and dirt too. I love this right highly recommended.

Wife wanted to grow vegetables this Spring (2026). Originally we planned to dig the yard, but co-worker suggested the Veikous Raised Bed (which they purchased in 2025). We bought and filled with good soil. Wife loves it. We can't wait for our harvest. (Note: Yep, took about one (1) hour to put together.)

Beds are nice and sturdy - easily put together but will take some time - there are 96 screws, nuts and washers. Note - each panel has a plastic sheet to protect it - taking the sheet off of each panel takes almost as much time as assembly. Also - would be VERY helpful if the screws, washers, and nuts were packaged separate bags.
