The death toll from the UPS plane crash in Louisville, Kentucky, has risen to at least 11 people, Gov. Andy Beshear said on Wednesday. He described the scene as “violent,” and said that operations have shifted from rescue to recovery, with at least one more death expected. “Where the plane hit, at best, is destroyed.
