Wildlife Wednesday! This nestling Dark-eyed Junco is the first baby bird of the season here at Wildlife Rescue! It came to us at just a few days old and weighed as little as 4.3 grams. It's growing quickly, but as you can see the body proportions aren't built up yet, so it tends to sway and bobble around.
