The cool temperatures will continue throughout the week as we stick with mostly cloudy skies. Rain chances return this afternoon and climb into the evening as winds become breezy. The highest chances will be overnight with accumulations staying mainly under a quarter off an inch. Some areas could get closer to half and inch, but the hig
