Highlight from day 1 of the Bassmaster open on the bay! Mid morning 5lber! This @fenwickfishing 75MHMF is such an awesome rod for ripping a bladed jig out of grass and covering water. I did not execute well with my frog fish, I knew it would a short window for that bite with the tide, and I didn’t wait it out. Few missed opportunities but overall y’all, had a really fun day. Practice is a wrap on Tenkiller for the @bass_nation kayak tournament! What a fun few days! With the lake having been 7’ high, there were so many different ways to catch fish here. Caught quality fish from 2’-45’ and everything in between on several different baits. Going to go out with about 12 rods tomorrow, run several different ramps and fish a few different patterns to see if we can come out with a good finish! Let’s get em! | Kristine Fischer
