Construction work is nearly complete on the lock and dam elevated rock weir structure that was reconfigured to a “dog-leg” shape, with three elevated gaps at the southern end closest to the structure. The entire rock weir is 1,000 feet long, with three visible structures, 1 foot above the normal water level.
